Q: What is the process of ordering labels? A: Please refer to our “Feedback” page. You can submit your artwork and info on-line using our Quote Request Form, or send to sales@diascn.com directly. Our sales rep will reply you within 24 hours.   Q: How long after I email Dias I expect a reply? A: We will respond to your email within 24 hours after receipt of your email. In most cases, we respond within the same business day. If you do not hear from us in this time frame, please give us a call.   Q: What is your turnaround time? A: We have a very fast turnaround time for all our labels and tags. Woven label – 3-5 working days for sample and 6-9 working days for production Printed label – 5-7 working days for sample and 7-10 working days for production Hang tag – 7-9 working days for sample and 10-12 working days for production   Q: What is your minimum order quantity? A: We have very low minimums on all of our labels. Please ask our sales rep for more information   Q: What is your sample charge? A: Woven label sample is for free of charge. For printed label and hang tag, please ask our sales rep for details.   Q: Do you match colors? A: Yes. If you provide us with pantone color codes, we can match it in woven labels, printed labels and hang tags. Also, we can dye yarns to match the colors you want in woven labels. But most of time our various shades of threads come very close to your desired colors.   Q: What kind of artwork does Dias accept? A: We prefer vector artwork (AI, PDF, EPS). We can also work with high resolution JPG files.
